Like many fansites of its era, SLO faced unexpected challenges when Fan-Sites.org (our host) was sold and the hosted sites were taken offline. Rather than allowing years of work to disappear, the site is now being lovingly rebuilt by its original creator, Faith, together with bestie Siobhan. Their goal is not only to restore the site’s extensive archives but also to preserve a small piece of internet history from a time when independent fansites were built by fans, for fans.
